yeast baking / timing question
Going to family later this week, and week I'm currently trying to decide what to bake -
It's about a 2 hour drive, and we leave around 6am to arrive by 8 for breakfast.
I'm thinking about baking cinnamon rolls or something like that. Can I make them and let them rise the night before, and then put them in the fridge overnight to be baked when we get there? Do I let them rise in the fridge? Will they be ok for the 2 hour drive? I've baked with yeast before, but always done it fresh on the spot rather than in advance in anyway. Thanks!
