I got married a month ago, and I made pralines and caramels as favors. Somehow a box of favors never got set out at the reception, so we have lots of little baggies of caramels and pralines sitting around collecting dust. I can come up with applications for the caramels, but the praline crumbles (I think the box was dropped) need to be turned into something new. I don't quite know what to do with them, though. I thought of creating a topping for a cheesecake or maybe folding them into cookie dough like chocolate chips. Any ideas? I've got probably 40 of them, so I cuold probably try several things. Ever seen a recipe that calls for leftover pralines? Many thanks for your help!
