I just bought two bags, 1 lb each, of almond meal/flour. Ingredients are just finely ground, blanched, whole almonds. A suggestion on the bag says for each cup of wheat flour in a recipe, I can replace 1/4 cup with almond meal. (did that make sense?) Does anyone have any other ideas or recipes? I'm so excited!
