Sorry--itchy trigger finger I guess. Anyway...I grilled steak, shrooms and cippoline onions for the guys and had a wonderful, abeit rich small bowl of scallops, shrimp and mussels with garlic, vermouth, orange juice, lemon and Kerrygold Herbed butter over jasmine rice. Got a bit chilled grilling--do I ever listen to my own advice and put on a jacket? So now, I'm thinking a sage/thyme/lemon roast chicken and crispy roast potatoes along with a salad and homemade bread for Sunday night. But what do I make for a time consuming, soul warming, kitchen putzing around project tomorrow? Any suggestions? And just what have you guys been making or eating this weekend?
