Christmas Day dinner will just be hubby and myself so I want to make it special. I think I am doing a stuffed pork loin, wild rice and a steamed veggie but I want something extra great for dessert. Also, I really don't want to have to spend that whole day in the kitchen so please keep that in mind. Any ideas?
