I am going to finish up my gingerbread man baking and decorating. I am going to make some peanut brittle and try my hand at toffee. I have a chicken to roast so I will do that in the morning and make stock all afternoon. Bananas are all mushy so I am going to ask BeautifulDaughter to make a few loaves of banana bread and my OldestSon has an away hockey game so I might make cupcakes with their jersey numbers on them. Very excited to do all of this now if I could only get out of my cozy bed! Anyone else snowed in and planning a cooking festival?
