Pork Chops & Cranberry Sauce
So, I have all this fab leftover cran-orange relish from Thanksgiving, and I think it could make a really tasty pan-sauce for some pork chops I have.
What do you think:
-Cook pork chops
-deglaze pan w/white wine
-saute chopped shallots
-add cran relish and some veggie stock
-reduce
-eat
I feel like I'm missing something....thoughts?
