Poll: Can you cook without salt?

I've read that salt is an integral part of cooking...to help bring out the nuances of flavor in dishes. I've also heard that salt is addictive and makes you crave more food...leading to overeating.

Is it more important to season the food or to enjoy the dish as naturally as possible, with no enhancements?

I'm curious to know opinions, as there are a lot of experts and cooks on SE.
