I was thinking of making biscottis for my mom as an extra Christmas present and also to practice my baking. I've made peanut butter biscottis for myself and currently cooking some chocolate almond biscottis. However, I got thinking that my mom prefers lighter and often herbal teas and I don't know how well the chocolate might pair with them. (But maybe I'm over thinking this.)
So I was wondering if there was any good way to pair biscottis with tea, and thought I would turn to all of you for suggestions.
