Every year I make cookies for my co-workers for Christmas. I have lots of co-workers so naturally I have lots of cookies to bake. The problem is, my cookie pans are in BAD shape - some are even unusable. My question is, has anyone had any luck with disposable cookie sheets (like the EX Foil ones?). If not, is there any way I can make my old cookie sheets more cookie friendly? Obviously, at this stage in the game I can't afford to go out and buy a whole bunch of pretty new sheets!
