Any tried and true cookie recipes that can be turned into mixes? I'm thinking of giving them as Christmas gifts.

I'm not exactly sure how convenient to make them though! Most cookie mixes that you buy in the store just need you to add milk and eggs, right? Do they often tell you to add butter as well? Getting the person to whip the butter before hand seems a little intensive considering it's a mix (these are going to people that don't know what to do with themselves in the kitchen!)
