I was ask to prepare a christmas dinner for about 20 -30 people. I've made up several choices of appetizers, meats, potatoes, rice, pasta, veggie and side dishes. I have ask the host to choose what they would like and I will price accordingly. Now....I have no idea how much? the host may be buying all the food and I just prepare or the other way around. HELP!!
