Wine suggestion please

Going to dinner tonight with my wife at a very nice Italian restaurant. Reviews have said the food is prepared like the Tuscany region of Italy. What wine or wines would anyone suggest we bring? Oh it is a BYOB which is perfect.

Also - no price is too high.
