Okay. So I'm not a vegetarian, but I'm trying to veer the majority of what I eat into that realm. It's pretty easy since I am not a picky eater and my boyfriend has been WAY more into it than I anticipated.
I have been training myself for a while to be able to handle spicier foods, and that success has left me with with a profound love of buffalo wings. So, I want to make some veg options since my general goal is to get to where the only meat I eat is fish/seafood, and try as I might, I cave and just get buffalo chicken wings.
I figure cubed, baked tofu and maybe cauliflower (slathered in hot sauce, of course) would be good crossovers, but I'm wondering what else would be good for this. Any ideas?
Also, recipes for your favorite buffalo sauce are totally welcome here :D
