I know that the mighty predigree Lobster has always received better publicity than big old King Crab, but last night I sampled a lovely platter of crab legs fully cracked open for easy access to the meat with a tangy dose of Dijon mustard sauce. Yummy!
Frankly, I enjoy Lobster most of the time but there's nothing wrong with those giant King Crab legs. How do you Serious Eaters feel...
