Another cookbook idea for PoorOldMama

Hiya-
We don;t have a private message board, so I'm posting here.

POM- another suggestion for your 11-yr, old niece.

Find one of those basic cookbooks, but one published the year she was born. Basic is still basic, but it might be cool for her to start her cooking quests at "the beginning".
