Pre-Thanksgiving Cocktail, what's it going to be?

I'm thinking a modified Sazerac, subbing maple syrup for the simple syrup. We tried this the other night and it adds a whole new flavor dimension to the Sazerac. We do need a better name, suggestions welcome.
