Recently I have become obsessed with the trend of making baked goods with bacon. Has anyone else been converted? In the past month, I have made French Toast Bacon cupcakes (thanks to The Busty Baker's wonderful recipe,) and over the weekend I made Fleur de Sel Caramels laced with chopped Candied Bacon. Any other bacon lovers care to share recipes and indulge my ravenous need to continue making pork confections?
