[Most affordable] Kitchen supply stores?
So I know NYC has kitchen/restaurant/baking supply stores galore, but I haven't had the time to check them all out. Has anyone done any price comparison shopping to see which one is the cheapest? Or which store has the best variety for decent prices?
I'd love to find a place where I can get everything from a meat and/or candy thermometer, standard ramekins, even decent pans. There are a lot of little things that as I cook and bake more in my kitchen, I realize I'm lacking. I live in Brooklyn but am always up for going anywhere in NYC.
