Kin in YOUR kitchen....good or bad?
It's that time of the year--the holidays. Family comes from near and far. Is it good for you in your kitchen or do they do things that drive you?
My mother brings tons of food and is very helpful.
On the other hand my in-laws do things that bug me: leave every cabinet and drawer open, they don't have a clue that the dishwasher can open, MIL leaves tea bags in the sink and they never ever wipe the counter. One time I did not clean it also to see how long they could go. I broke down first after three days!!
The worst is that they comment on the food I make. Never that it is good only that it is FANCY. I can't cook without a recipe therefore in their book it makes everything I cook too FANCY. Fancy has become a bad word in our family.
I do love them but they drive me!!! And don't even get me started on my sister-in-law!!!
