Help! Ideas and New Recipes for Thxgiving Radio Cooking show?

So, my best friend and I have a college radio cooking show/talk show that airs every Sunday (We have a blog-- www.alongjwong.wordpress.com OR you could actually listen to us streaming live on the interwebs at www.ktrm.truman.edu Sundays from 2-3pm central time). Our weekly shows are always themed and in the past we've had shows devoted entirely to recipes and songs for burgers, honey, milk, Star Trek, and even Guy Fawkes day. Our annual Thanksgiving show is this weekend, and we're hitting the wall on inventive and new things to make and talk about. I'm going to give out my "super secret" turkey brining recipe, but that's all that I can think of as far as this show goes. We're also looking for some good Thanksgiving songs. Last year, we played songs with the word "thanks" in it. I know you foodies can share some awesome recipes and maybe even complimentary songs for our show. Please help! We'll give you a shout out.
