Having a Distributed Thanksgiving, want suggestions

Due to various circumstances, I find myself alone this Thanksgiving Day. This is particularly unfortunate since this is my favorite holiday of the year. So, rather than waste my entire day cooking food for one person, I've decided to try something different: a Distributed Thanksgiving.

Each day this long weekend I'll make one (or more if they're simple) full-sized Thanksgiving Dinner item, inviting friends to eat leftovers until Sunday, when a full Thanksgiving Meal has finally been accomplished.

The question, then, is in what order do I cook things? I'll probably cook the turkey first since it's extremely versatile and yields the most servings, but I also like the idea of breaking the meal up into ordered courses - cooking an appetizer item today, casseroles tomorrow, turkey Saturday, a pie on Sunday, etc.

So what does The Internet think of this? Do I cook in order of servings yielded so everything is available at once on Sunday, or do I make a "slow-motion" meal that gets eaten in order over four days?
