I am flipping through the Chef's catalog that arrived yesterday, making a mental list of all the cool stuff I'd like to have. I am in the market for a new 12" or 14" fry pan and see the new 99% iron fry pan from de Buyer. I have a few pieces of All-Clad that I love, but not so much the cost. Does anyone have any experience with the de Buyer pans? I want something of good quality but don't want to spend $140 for it. Thanks!
