Cornbread, but I'm outta cornmeal

I was planning on making cornbread today to go along with the turkey chili, but I just realized that I'm just about out of cornmeal. Sigh. I've got corn flour, polenta (aka yellow grits or coarse cornmeal), quick (white) grits, and instant polenta. I'm not opposed to an experiment, unless someone's got a sure-fire substitution recipe they want to recommend.

I'm leaning towards the instant polenta at the moment. And yeah, I could go to the store, but I'm feeling lazy and I don't want to go out.

Any suggestions?
