Blue Hill's Morning Farm Egg

Had it when I visited Blue Hill restaurant in NY this past October. It was fantastic. Was reminded of it while watching Eric Ripert's Avec Eric show where he visited Dan Barber at the farm.

Can't find any info on how it is prepared except to use a pasteurized egg. It looks like it is almost soft boiled but probably a low and slow method. Anyone have any ideas?
