my birthday is coming up this monday, and as i am currently unemployed, i have all day to take myself around and eat whatever i want to celebrate! i'm having dinner with my boyfriend at babbo, so that's taken care of. other than that, where/what should i eat that's seriously delicious? considering that i'll be flying solo until dinnertime, i'd prefer places where i can either pick something up or where solo dining is not entirely awkward- or where it can even be enjoyable! i know that shake shack's custard of the day is pumpkin pie (yeah, i checked), so that will clearly be a stop, but other than that, any suggestions?
