In our buttermilk thread, someone mentioned making ebelskivers.
Not having a special pan, I'm wondering if I can make them in a skillet like a pancake, would a muffin pan work or should I just pass on the recipe and make pancakes instead?
Looking for some feedback from all the ebelskiver lovers out there.
