McDonalds Pumpkin Pie?

Has anyone else heard of/had the McDonalds Pumpkin pie? What's it like? Is it available in Canada? I'm intrigued!

McPumpkin Pie is going to be autumns shamrock shake.

I haven't heard of the McDonalds pumpkin pie, but chances are it's not very good. I wouldn't try it, it may put me off of pumpkin pie for good.

What PumpkinBear said. DO NOT WANT.

I imagine it to be just like their apple pies, only filled with pumpkin. ugh.

My boyfriend's sister and I were road-trippin' in backwoods southern NJ last weekend and found ourselves completely famished with nary a rest stop- but a McDonalds was there for the pillagin'. I hadn't eaten there in years, to the point where I can't even remember my last McDonalds meal. But we each got a small order of fries to hold us over until better food arose. That couldn't be so bad, right? I mean... fries are just potatoes.... what evil things could McDonalds possibly do to a potato?

...ha ha ha.

Whoops, the point of that whole comment above was that we deeply considered the pumpkin pies before deciding we just didn't want to go there. Ever. At all. And now the yummy homemade foodie-approved pumpkin product in my kitchen agrees with me.

I can't even imagine what horrible things McDondalds will do with pumpkin. I have had the Jack in the Box pumpkin pie shake in recent years and it was decent.
