le bernardin recipe search

Read a little on Eric Ripert, saw his "lobster poached in butter with tarragon and champagne" received some major title...i would like to recreate it but cant find it with a simple google search - anybody know where to find it?

I just checked his book, On The Line, and it wasn't in there. Try his website at www.aveceric.com maybe you can email him if it's not on there!

I believe I saw the recipe (or one similar to it) duplicated in a Bon Appetit from 5-7 years ago... maybe see if they have online archives?

"In January 2005, Bon Appetit declared Ripert’s Butter-Poached Lobster with Tarragon and Champagne its “Dish of the Year.” "

I'm almost sure it's in the Jan 2005 magazine, in fact I think it was featured on the cover.
