Grape/gorgonzola flat bread

If I bake a grape/gorgonzola flat bread tonight, to take to work tomorrow, should I refrigerate it overnight?

2 Comments:

Refigerated pizza is never that great, and the grapes might get weird, but toasting it in a toaster oven would probably make it okay. Just wrap it loosely in foil in the fridge. By all means don't microwave it; the texture will be destroyed.

It's more of a coffeecake (sciaciatta), but you've given me some ideas. If I bake it tonight I may refresh it in the oven before I leave for work. It's being served at 9 am. Or I may reduce the yeast and let it rise overnight and bake it while I'm getting ready in the morning. Rest assured, I would NEVER microwave it!
