I posted I was looking for fig bars, but they are DATE bars. I found them at places that sell sweets along with juice, coffee etc. The date paste is sandwiched between a delicious and tender crust like cookies. I think they also have some nuts, maybe walnuts. Anyone with a recipe for these??
