What to do with a cup of frozen balsamic fig yogurt puree?
I was planning to make fro yo last night but I fell asleep, so the mixture is frozen solid. This morning I smelled and tasted it and realized I went a little bit overboard on the balsamic, so I would rather use it to cook something else rather than eat it directly as frozen yogurt. My first thought was to use a spoonful or two in any smoothie, or to eat it with some of the ricotta I made yesterday. But does anyone have any *cooking* suggestions?
