To Sirloin with Love: Stellar King of the Hill series finale.

If you happen to like King of the Hill I hope you caught the finale. The second half was dedicated to Bobby Hill's love and knowledge of beef. He's invited to be on the community college's beef judging team. What a way to end a great show.

Such a great series. I'm rather sad that it ended. I'll never be able to say "propane" without Hank's drawl.

I thought it was a good one too.

I'll never be able to say "propane" without following it with "and propane accessories".

Wow - I had no idea the show was ending! Looking forward to the Family Guy spinoff of Cleveland's show. I hope it flies.

Thanks for the link, dhorst. Haven't had a chance to watch it yet and haven't seen KotH in ages. Is Bobby Hill all growed up now?

AK--while Bobby Hill is into girls now, I think he's probably aged 3 years in the past 10+ years the show has been on. I'm going to miss this show. I'll never forget the episode where Peggy and Bobby had their first taste of charcoal grilled burgers and were sneaking around behind Hank's back to get another taste of charcoal vs. propane burgers.

While I enjoyed the "original" series finale from a few years ago when they married off Luann, this felt more authentic to the show. The ending sequence was so sweet--probably one of the most genuine, satisfying finales I've ever seen.

my boyfriend's always been a big fan, but i've never caught many of them.
we happened to catch this one tho and it was really endearing.

Thanks for providing the link. We missed the finale.

My friend and I throw around "Rusty Shackelford" frequently. I'll miss Dale's conspiracy-theory antics.

Oh, and "You had me at fruit pie". Long live Bobby Hill!

It was sweet. And OH and I agreed that we couldn't have been more proud if Bobby was our own son!

The Bobby episode with the lutefisk at church was so hilarious. "The man with the horrible smell!" (RIP Cotton)

It was classic. I want Bobby Hill to evaluate all of my beef before I purchase it. No flaws in my ribeyes!
