do you get it fresh pooch?

try some short-grain rice, sundried tomatoes, roasted reds with a cream sauce maybe?

or parsley, oregano, Ricotta, grated Pecorino and buckwheat?

stuff it with bacon-inspired mixture maybe?

let us know!

mmmm... calamari

I had "Greek Island Calamari" at a new restaurant in town on Sunday.
It was delicious, I actually liked it more than the entree I had.

It had little pieces of fried artichoke, arugula, feta, plum tomatoes with vinagrette and spicy remoulade. soooo good.

sometimes i can get it fresh @hungrycristel.... i think most places defrost it - like shrimp.....

i've heard of it being stuffed with ricotta.... hmmm.... i'll have to dig through those old italian cookbooks i have....

l like AyeEat's meal.... fried artichoke ....I LOVE THOSE! that salad sounds right up my alley.....
