Spam: Better than we give it credit for?

I think so... After years of wondering what this strange canned meat is all about, I finally gave it a try. To my surprise, I liked it. I fried a couple slices in a pan, put it on toasted bread with cheese, mayo, and mustard and bang... breakfast.

Have you tried it and do you have decent recipe?
