eating my way through prague!

I am going to go to prague for 3 days. Since it's my first time there, anyone has any suggestions on where to eat?? I would like to eat authentic czech food, as well as their dessert like medovnik, and since i'm only going for a short amount of time (and stomach space!) I would like every meal to be worth it :D
