I have a favorite recipe for yeast dinner rolls and my mom said to try bread flour in stead of AP - so I used the bread flour and I can build my own bread house now with the bread bricks that resulted!!! They didn't seem to rise at all and the expiration date of the yeast was for sometime in 2011, so I really don't think it was the yeast. What should I have done different with using the bread Flour?
