Pate for Banh Mi
With all the talk about banh mi sandwiches, I finally got around to searching for a recipe for the pate. I found 2 with potential, actually it's more like 1, the other is a variation on the first. Going to try it very soon when it isn't going to be so infernally hot. Here are the links to the recipes:
