Roflmao! just finished the article! hahahahahahaha
I won't debate the complaint but :
"It appears to be in an evidence bag from the scene of a crime. A CRIME AGAINST BLOODY COOKING. Either that or some sort of back-street underground cookie, purchased off a gun-toting maniac high on his own supply of yeast. You certainly wouldn’t want to be caught carrying one of these through customs. Imagine biting into a piece of brass Richard. That would be softer on the teeth than the specimen above. "
"XXXX" really really was passionate about it I guess. Thats admirable.
I really LOL'd when I read "Look at this Richard. Just look at it."
clearly got my jollies for the day thank you ettaY

That is HILARIOUS. My guess for the dish on the left in the first picture was pineapple chunks with pesto over a tomato wedge. Maybe that was on the next flight's menu!

Wow this was great. I laughed a lot. I loved the pictures that accompanied the letter. Really sent the message home. Well done who ever you are.

All that great writing (with pictures too!) and all Richard Branson could give him was an apology for the "award winning food"? Those pictures alone warrant some kind of voucher or free flight.

"No sane person would serve a desert with a tomato would they."
Well, in case nobody considered... Tomatoes ARE considered to be a fruit, and in certain parts of this world they are served with a sprinkling of sugar, rather than salt. And in S. Korea you'd get halved Cherry Tomatoes in your Patbingsu (Dessert from sweet condensed milk, shaved ice and sweet bean paste); so I wouldn't quite agree there ;)

My coworkers want to know why I'm laughing so hard.
Well done to the letter-writer.
