Goat curd & black olives. What should I cook?
I have scored about 500g of goat curd and some really nice black Kalamata olives FREE!!! YES FREE!!!!!
I thought maybe pasta with some sage & roasted pumpkin, or maybe some little tartlets, or even a soufflé.
Does anyone have any clever recipe ideas for me?

Lucky Ducky vegemite! Hm have you thought of making a phillo-type dish? Almost like a Spanakopita-thing? Kalamata + goatcheese = greek right?
You could also do a greek-inspired brushetta?
This Tarte recipe looks devine, I've always wanted to try it.
Let me know how it goes!!

Thanks hungrychristel. I'm going with a Tomato, Rosemary, Goat Cheese & Olive Tart. I've borrowed the idea of semi-drying the tomatoes from the recipe you found so I think my co-workers are going to have a lovely lunch tomorrow!
