Hubbies fav.... Fullers ESB. My fav>>>>Sam Smith's OLD NICK.

We're both wanting one now!!!

Smuttynose- Robust Porter... And if its my last... Make it bathtub sized!

Yum... Sam Smith does know his stuff.

three floyds GUMBALL HEAD, hands down. Its from northern indiana. Its a super hoppy wheat beer, that does not taste like gumballs at all

Great question. And it would have been easy to answer 30 years ago. Way too many beers on the market now. Only thing I can say is it all depends on my mood, the weather and a few other subjective variables.

The only answer I can come up with is, it would have to be a regional microbrew. Not anything which comes from a beer factory - beginning with a B, M or C!

Swashbuckler Brewing Company's Oktoberfest. We guzzle it every year at the PA Renaissance Faire in Manheim, PA.

microcosm k

Westvleteren 8

i'm not overly versed in microbrews, so i wil judge this question based on my limited and present knowledge. Abita Amber. perfectly apropos as a summation of my life.

I'm with Ribster... it depends...but if it were today probably something from Sixpoint.

Newcastle Brown Ale

If they are out of that, Black Sheep Ale (from Yorkshire, UK.)

hacker-pschorr hefe weissen, drunk at the hirschgarten in munich.

At my last night in a dark country pub; Badgers Best or Brakspears Bitter, maybe a pint of JW Lees Manchester Star before the night was over.

Warsteiner Weiss definitely.

I aslo had this Seattle brew not long ago that I really liked and I can't seem to find it again. It was an amber-ale with a classic vintage design: anyone know this one? tia :)

A elephant keg of Widmer Heffie with a lemons.

a frosty mug of Yingling

My last beer would be the one I hand to a friend as I say "watch this". :>)

Hitachino Nest. Mmmm.

The De Bekeerde Suster's Witte Bier. I enjoyed this beer at their brewpub in Amsterdam. Far superior than the other beers brewed in Amsterdam :-)

I am Irish (well, okay and German and Norwegian) and lived in Ireland - Guinness....from the brewery itself...in a pint glass....with a nice full head. :) And don't forget the spoon!

Switchback

...a Northern Vermont micro. only available on tap.....Mmmm!!

Either Stone Oaked Arrogant Bastard Ale or Sam Smith Extra Stout on draft from a smoky pub in London...

And I wish I had either right now :)

The Beer Song :
What is the malted liquor.(beer)
What gets you drunker quicker?
What comes in bottles or in cans?(beer)
Can't get enough of it,(beer)
How we really love it,(beer)
Makes me think I'm a man,(beer)
I can kiss and hug it,(beer)
But I'd rather chug it,(beer)
Fill my belly up to here,(beer)
I could not refuse a,(beer)
I could really use a,(beer)
Beer, beer, beer.

I can't remember how much I have had,
I drank a twelve pack with my dad, BURP!
That's my son the drunken manly stud,
I'm proud to be his bud,
Here have some pretzels,
No!
I'll call it quits,
Those things give me the Schlitz!

Drink with your family,
Drink it with your friends,
Drink till you're fat,
Stomach distends,
Beer is liquid bread it's good for you,
We like to drink till we spew,
EW
Who cares if we get fat,
I'll drink to that,
As we sing once more.

What is the malted liquor,
What gets you drunker quicker,
What comes in bottles or in cans (beer)
Can't get enough of it,(beer)
How we really love it,(beer)
Makes me think I'm a man,(beer)
I can kiss and hug it,(beer)
But I'd rather chug it,(beer)
Fill my belly up to here,(beer)
Golly I adore it,(beer)
Come on dammit pour it,
Do it for me,
Brew it for me,
Feed it to me,
Speed it to me.(beer)

The most wonderful drink in the world.
Hooray

There's no such thing as a "last beer"--only a second-to-last beer. Even in heaven, there must be beer.

Chimay- hands down.

cheers lorenzo!

“Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.”

Ben Franklin

Certainly something on tap.

Great Lakes Eliot Ness. Or Christmas Ale. I'd be happy with a Fin du Monde as well.

And tusti: ha!

Blanche de Namur, biere sur lie with coriander from Pernode, Belgium.

I'm not really a beer snob - I've only had this once but it was ambrosial.

Otherwise, Newcastle.

I think Natural Light or Keystone Light.... lol... just kidding. I agree with (Lorenzo)

Good call.

Cantillon Kriek (Brussells, Belgium)

Delirium Tremens

can a six-pack of Lone Star tallboys count as one?

When it comes to good beer quotes, it's hard tyo beat this one...

"You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer".
Frank Zappa

A pint of "Guinness" at the Gravity Bar atop the Guinness Brewery in Dublin, Ireland ! Nothing else comes close !

cheese guys.
anchor steam is like mother's milk.

Black Raven Trickster IPA or Mac n' Jack African Amber

If I felt like a dark beer, Brooklyn Black Ops (If it exists, of course), for a lighter beer I'd go with Allagash Confluence.
