What to do with tahini?

I recently blended up a batch of homemade hummus for which I bought a large container of tahini, and now I'm at a loss for what to do with the rest...

It's great in salad dressings - with lemon and olive oil.

an asian sesame sauce would be a good use for it.

mix with miso and mirin (sweet sherry may work), smear on cubed tofu and bake.

mix with mayo and miso for a vegetable dip.

mix with housin sauce for summer roll dip.

cookies/cupcakes

What everyone says above and also for sandwiches like a falafel sandwiches yummy.

You can make Ina's Szechuan Noodles. They're great as a lighter summer meal and you can add whatever veggies you have in the fridge.

I made this a few weeks ago after I had a large amount of tahini leftover. It was really good, I served it with buttered noodles and put some of the sauce over the pasta as well.

Roast Chicken with Asparagus and Tahini Sauce

Wow. What great ideas.

What's wrong with more hummus?!

i vote for the hummus

mix with yogurt, lemon and olive oil for salad dressing.

I like dipping dates in it for a snack.

Artisan bread - toasted, spread with tahini and honey - topped with sliced banana. SO divine!!!

how long will Tahini keep in the refrigerator after you open it?

This is probably bad advice, but I had a jar of tahini, opened, in my fridge for half a year and it was fine. I just threw it out recently because I used it up, but I never suffered any ill conditions as a result of eating it.

On toast with molasses

I'm with jobeth above--though i also love all the savory options. Tahini is just plain great stuff.
