Trader Joe's on W72nd Street?

I've heard TJ is coming to the Upper West Side, SW corner of Bway and 72nd Street. Anyone knows anything about it? A google search only yields some NY Mag note on it, but hearsay is all over the place on the streets! The building where it's supposed to be is still under construction, and the retail space under it says "available" so I am wondering...
