"Thanksgiving dinner" sandwich in NYC

A good friend of mine who has been in Europe for the last three years is home for a visit and is craving a sandwich containing all the fixings from a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. I believe Cosi does one, but looking for other recommendations. Thanks!

Lenny's does one.

I think Ben's Deli does something like that.

Chat n' Chew has one.

Bobbob has it right, the Chat N' Chew in the Flatiron district right out of Union Square has a great one. Also don't skip out without having the cornmeal fried oysters or have someone get Uncle Red's addiction (sweet fried chicken with mashed potatoes)

Swich on 8th Avenue has a good one

I'm pretty fond of the Chat N' Chew one.

My favorite version is from Shopsin's, called The High School.

Shopsin's has the best Thanksgiving on a sandwich that you won't eat till the next day.

I don't know if you're including Brooklyn, but the Turkey Melt at Tom's Restaurant in Prospect Heights is fall-on-your-knees amazing. They use fresh roasted turkey, and delicious homemade stuffing[!!!], with swiss cheese melted on top. Total comfort in a sandwich. It's great with their spicy mayo on the side, for extra kick. Like the Shopsin's sandwich, you'll probably want to plan that to be your main meal of the day.

They also actually have a "fresh turkey" entree, which I've never had, but judging by the freshness of the turkey in the sandwich, I'll bet it's delicious, as well.

I'd recommend going on a weekday if you can, as the line can get a little crazy on Saturdays (they're closed on Sundays). I believe their hours are 4AM - 4PM.

I have to add that the warm service and homey decor of Tom's makes everyday feel like Christmas [or Thanksgiving] - for some bonus comfort.

that shopsins sandwich looks delicious!

Toastie's in Union Square has one. It's Homestyle Combo #1.

Another vote for Lenny's. Get it on a roll though, if you try and do it on regular bread then it will fall apart. It's a lotta sandwich.

It's on the menu Thursdays at Haakon's Hall in Morningside Heights-- Amsterdam at about 119 or so.
