I recently moved home to Anchorage Alaska, and while we have Sabra hummus here (thankfully), I became addicted to Sabras Spicy Eggplant and Tomato dip. It was routinly hard to find on the east coast, and I swear doesn't exist in Alaska. I'm pretty good at figuring out recipies, but this one has eluded me! Any suggestions or recipes?! I love this stuff and can't go any longer without it.
