Recommendation needed for Gluten-free cookbook

I am looking for recommendations for gluten-free cookbooks that contain delicious recipes that can be made without traveling to far flung places for ingredients. Please let me know your favorite gluten-free cookbook--and why! Thanks, dear readers.

One thing that aggravates me about most GF cookbooks is that they contain a lot of recipes that are already GF. What I'm looking for are tolerable substitutes for pasta, bread, desserts, etc. . I don't need a GF cookbook to tell me how to roast a chicken.

I just got Gluten Free Everyday and am enjoying the dessert recipes. But it does have a fair number of recipes that I don't need or won't use

Unfortunately, they rely heavily on bean flours and Bob's Red Mill GF flour, neither of which appeal to me. If that is not a problem for you, then it looks like a good book.

And I have a Coconut Flour Cookbook. I really like the cupcake recipes a lot, but they do use a ton of eggs.

I either own, or have read and liked, the following cookbooks. Being that I rarely cook from a recipe, I use these books for suggestions, techniques, and tips. I do, however, bake from recipes, and for that, the baking books on the list are super.

mollie katzen's series of moosewood cookbooks are vegetarian based, but i'm sure they'd meet most requirements of a gluten free diet.

You should just get an Indian cookbook and avoid the bread recipes.

So far, in terms of baking books, I've bought "gluten free classics" by Annalise Roberts and "gluten free baking" by Rebecca Reilly. The first of which is much better since it doesn't use egg replacer in every recipe! And the second doesn't have a bread section which is unfortunate.

A baking book will give a head start in things like pie crusts, cakes, breads, biscuits, cookies etc. All the other stuff in cooking is relatively straight forward to figure out and baking recipes can be adapted for savory applications.

For meals, I ended up cooking with a lot more diversity. Eating foods from ethnicities that don't have a lot of wheat like traditional chinese, indian, mexican etc. is a great way to have something as it was meant to be without sacrificing.

I have the Gluten-Free Vegetarian Kitchen by Donna Klein. The recipes in it are well suited to my family's taste. There are recipes from all over the world, plus many I am certain she totally made up herself. We like the cauliflower curry, the bean burgers, the mustardy veggies primavera, the guacamole (yes, typical recipe, but it was the first I managed to make come out right. It is still my go-to version). I have other allergies to contend with, so we haven't tried everything, but we like what we have tried. Of course, I never make anything without altering it, so our versions of everything in this book are at least a little different from what is actually written down. Also, many of them are very forgiving of subs--i.e. if you don't have black beans on hand, red beans are great in the bean patties, too.
