When I was in grad school (Kent State, 1992-94), there was a great veggie restaurant downtown called the Zephyr. They had an excellent grain-based veggie burger that was enough for a couple of meals. The restaurant is long gone, unfortunately, and I'm looking for the recipe for the burgers. Any clues?
