Tom Tomato in Astoria Closing?!?

Is this true? I pass by it everyday on my way to the subway and they took out all the stands carrying the fruits and vegetables...

The only things I saw for sale were limes, avocados, some herbs, and most of the breads/pastries. I saw a guy haul out all the soda in a cart this morning. Is Top Tomato finished after 20 years of faithful service?

Please, can someone find out more info on this?
