Sweet Noodles? Any ideas?

I ate some noodles from a asian food joint and they were slightly sweet and kind of soy... maybe... I don't know but they were friggen awsome. If anyone has a very simple sauce to mix with noodles... I am all ears. I love noodles and would love a simple idea.
