Ed, thanks for bringing this to my attention. I went last night, it was phenomenal. I sat at the counter, where I got to chat with Chef Canora and observe the theatrics of his well polished kitchen in motion. The only criticism I have is that the salad could have had a few more lardons sprinkled on it. Otherwise, everything was spot on. They really nailed it. The wine pairings were very thoughtful and generous, for the $18 supplement. A very surprising twist was a delicious English mead served with the decadent mixed berry and peach pie for dessert. I am really looking forward to his next whole animal dinners.
